Reporting to the Associate Director and with responsibility for the Information Technology Services (ITS) unit, the CIO plays a pivotal role in the organization as the information technology lead. 

Among other responsibilities, the CIO will support the implementation of the WRDSB Strategic Plan and IT Strategy, advance the work of the Project Management Office, oversee system-level projects, manage ITS departmental finances, lead and support effective Data Governance and maintain effective communication across IT Services and with the Board’s senior leadership team.

LandSure is a subsidiary of the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), a publicly accountable, statutory corporation that manages BC's land title and survey system.

Reporting to the Director, Product Portfolio, the Manager, User Experience will lead the UX team, integrating user-centered design practices into our product development lifecycle. As the organization's User Experience (UX) design expert, the manager will act as a liaison with functional managers, project teams, customers and keeps a “finger on the pulse” of customer needs to ensure design and solutions meet requirements, testing prototypes with customers prior to build.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO), Digital Workplace & IT Service Management, will play a pivotal role in the implementation of the Council approved Corporate Technology Strategic Plan (CTSP) adopted in 2023. 

You will be providing oversight in the strategic delivery of Technology Services related to digital workplace, technology, cloud, and service management. You will lead a team dedicated to technology infrastructure, digital workplace including digital tools and cloud strategy/migration and corporate technology service management, governance, transformation, risk management, and the execution of the technology roadmap associated with CTSP.

The Architecture and Business Strategy team at Water, Land & Resource Stewardship is part of the Natural Resource Ministries (NRM). Their vision is to lead, collaborate, and provide guidance in operational IM/IT NRM business practices. With over 20 experienced staff members, their team comprises Data and Solution Architects, Business Architects,and Service Designers.
